Which membership, medication and diagnostic charges apply to my proposed Mochi plan?

Mochi Health's current homepage lists clinical membership separately from medication and diagnostics. The ordinary advertised membership is $79 per month, with a first-month promotion for eligible new subscribers. The promotion is not available everywhere, and a zero-dollar introductory membership should not be mistaken for a free prescription.

Starting medicine prices need their own terms

The checked page advertises compounded injectable semaglutide from $60 and compounded injectable tirzepatide from $90. These are starting medication figures, outside membership. The page says availability and pricing vary by state. We do not convert them into a universal all-in monthly quote or assume they remain unchanged across every prescription.

Mochi also lists branded products and other formulations. A company's ability to display several options does not mean every patient is eligible for each one. Ask which exact product the clinician proposes and which pharmacy would dispense it. Do not transfer evidence or instructions from an approved product to a compounded preparation with a similar ingredient name.

Read the clinical and commercial questions together

FDA has not approved compounded GLP-1 products. Its guidance advises discussing whether an available approved drug can meet the patient's medical needs. That question is separate from whether a subscription appears affordable. Our inclusion of Mochi does not endorse every preparation advertised on its site.

The membership description includes provider access, coaching and support. Before joining, ask how those functions work in your state and whether tests or other services carry additional charges. A list of insurance carriers on a homepage is not a determination of your benefits or a promise that a medicine will be covered.

What this profile establishes

This is a reading of public offer terms checked October 5, 2026, not a test of Mochi's pharmacies, care quality or fulfillment speed. Keep the actual quote and cancellation conditions alongside the clinical plan. Read what support includes to turn broad membership features into useful questions, and compare the categories in our provider table before treating two starting prices as comparable offers.
